Black Fork Ranch Hearty Ranch Stew
- Brown Stew Meat in a skillet (1 lb).
- Season with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic (to taste) and continually stir meat.
- Measure out your desired amount of beef broth. We use between 4-5 cups for a family of 7 people. Add the broth to a stew pot and then add cooked stew meat.
- Add one cup of canned tomatoes-diced (we leave the juice in).
- Add 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- Add 1-2 cups chopped carrots.
- Add 1-2 cups chopped potatoes.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped celery.
- Let the stew simmer for 30-45 minutes or until veggies are fork-tender.
- Season with oregano, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic (to desired taste). Enjoy.
