Black Fork Ranch meat boxes may be a new business for us, but raising and selling natural, grass-fed, grass-finished beef is a time-honored tradition for our family. We are the sixth of seven generations who have been caring for the land, livestock, and lifestyle that we treasure so much.

We work closely with our family, the Crandalls, to properly manage and graze our lands, planting the correct plants to rejuvenate and sustain our soil; moving the cattle every few days to make sure that the pastures are not overgrazed; and never giving our animals unwanted and unhealthy steroids or additives. We move our cows in a calm, quiet, manner (ok, sometimes we yell at each other--we're a family, right?), so that your beef is tender, delicious, and flavorful.

Wes and I are raising five beautiful babies and trying hard to teach them about God, their blessings, their duty to America, and hard, hard work. Oh, and we try to have some fun. I guess we all need a little of that. 

Moving our cows between Utah and Wyoming, we are committed to giving you healthy, vitamin and nutrient-rich beef, that has been raised on the ranges of American grass. We want you to experience flavorful, rich, delicious meat, and we want you to count on it time and time again. We will continue to work hard to ensure that your meat is what you want it to be and is coming from us, a source you can trust!

Blacks Fork River runs through our property in Wyoming and makes a beautiful backdrop for the cows to live and grow on. We hope when you see the black fork, you not only picture a good meal at home with those you love, but that you can see us out moving the cows, building strong family relationships, strong community values, and passing that goodness of this lifestyle onto you.
